Supervision and CPDs
I am a fully qualified supervisor, trained in CPHT. I offer both one-to-one and group supervision either face-to-face or online, whatever suits your needs best.
One Off Supervision Sessions.
You are very welcome to book a one off supervision with me too, perhaps you have a specific subject you'd like to discuss with me, I specialise in medical hypnotherapy, supporting clients as thy manage significant illness, such as cancer and anticipatory nausea and vomiting. I also specialise in medical phobias, such as needle phobias, blood phobias and phobias of medical procedures, such as fear of MRI scans.
SFBT
I also specialise in Solution Focused Brief Therapy as I am dual trained in this as well as Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
Group Supervision
Held monthly via zoom.
I believe in creating a friendly, nurturing environment where supervision is enjoyable, useful and informative. My aim is to support you as you grow your business.
One to one supervision
This is held at times to suit you and I aim to be responsive to your needs so can usually arrange a supervision session quite quickly if that works best for you.
Online sessions are held via zoom which uses an encrypted programme so our conversations are always confidential.
Face-to-face supervision is also available in Cardiff.
