This four-session plan is designed to guide you from a place where anxiety feels pervasive to a state of greater control and inner calm.
Each session is conducted via Zoom for your convenience and comfort.

Our First Session
In this first session we get to know each other and talk your hopes for your life once you feel you have your anxiety under control. I will share my therapy models and insights into the nature of anxiety and together we will construct a plan tailored especially for you.

The role of relaxation in calming the cycle.

Our Second Session
Techniques for Calming the Mind.
In this session we will look at what works for you, we will look at three therapy styles, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and solution focused brief therapy(SFBT) and together we will practice the techniques we decide will suit you best.

Our Third Session
Building Resilience and Coping Skills
Our objective in this session is about developing resilience and enhancing your own strengths, skills and resources. We will continue to practice the therapeutic techniques that we have jointly decided work best for you.

Building on your therapy techniques, hypnotherapy, mindfulness or SFBT.

Maintaining Your Inner Calm
